Can I see the seven chakras physically and what are the associated frequencies with each chakra?

Can I see the seven chakras physically?

The chakras are not visible to the naked eye as tangible objects. It is believed that these subtle energy centres, which correlate to several different physical, emotional, and spiritual activities, are situated along the spine.

THE SEVEN CHAKRAS

"When your solar plexus is strong, you can accomplish anything."

Although the chakras cannot be physically seen, there are several ways to see or sense them, including:

1. Intuition: Many claims to experience intuition or a sense of "knowing" when working with the chakras.

2. Visualisation: Chakras can be balanced and activated with the aid of visualisation techniques.

3. Sensations: When working with the chakras, some people experience bodily sensations like warmth or tingling.

4. Emotional reactions: Because the chakras are linked to different emotions, working with them can occasionally cause emotional reactions.

5. Energy work: Energy healers and practitioners may be able to detect imbalances or blockages in the energy flowing through the chakras.

To guarantee safety and efficacy, undertake the practice of working with the chakras with attention and caution, and seek instruction from an experienced instructor or practitioner.

In my next article, I will mention the mantra associated with these chakras and how they are associated with glands. The flow of energy with these associated chakras can be disturbed if one is not aware during the complete meditative process.
